Privacy Policy
At A New Life For A New Generation, it is our intention to keep our client's information confidential and in compliance with HIPAA. This website is not intended to collect client information, as it is more difficult to guarantee confidentiality. It is for this reason that we recommend clients call or come to our office in person to begin services.

Respecting the privacy of our clients at A New Life for A New Generation itself is a basic value of A New Life for A New Generation. Personal and financial information is confidential and should not be disclosed or discussed with anyone without permission or authorization from the Client. Care shall also be taken to ensure that unauthorized individuals do not overhear any discussion of confidential information and that documents containing confidential information are not left in the open or inadvertently shared.

Employees, volunteers and board members of A New Life for A New Generation may be exposed to client information as it pertains to their work. It is the policy of A New Life for A New Generation that such information must be kept confidential both during and after employment or volunteer service. All confidential documents will be kept for no less than 7 years and must be locked away in a lockable file cabinet. Once confidential documents have been kept for a minimum of 7 years they will be shredded and destroyed by the company Shred-it. Reasonable exceptions of disclosing confidential information would be, if it is required by law, or directed by a court, if a child is at risk or suffering significant harm, or if client is a threat to self or the public.

Staff and volunteers, including board members, are expected to return materials containing privileged or confidential information at the time of separation from employment or expiration of service.

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential or privileged information is a serious violation of this policy and will subject the person(s) who made the unauthorized disclosure to appropriate discipline, including removal/dismissal.
Client Grievance
Life Matters, New Life, Any Generation, Wisdom Generation, and Hope In Me Generation provides services in a judicious manner to assist each family and or individual with dignity and respect within an unprejudiced atmosphere.
If at any time a client feels grieved (that is, that his/ her right as a client has been negated or neglected; or a client feels they were treated disrespectfully) he/she is encouraged to propose a grievance via mail, email or in person at our office to the following:
